Beautiful Kimono experience
When we talk about Japanese traditional culture, the first thing to come up is always their beautiful Kimono costumes.
We will provide men's and women's kimono for you to try on, so that students have the opportunity to experience the authentic kimono culture. No worries, there will be some Japanese students assisting you to wear the Kimono correctly, if you don’t know how to wear it.
Ukiyo stamp making experience
Ukiyo painting is Japanese custom painting or printmaking. It’s a unique national art risen in the Edo period of Japan (1603~1867 years ago, also called the Tokugawa Shogunate era). It is a typical art of Hua Jie Liu Xiang, which mainly depicts people's daily life, scenery and drama.
Students who are not familiar with Ukiyo Painting still can make it!! The process will not be too difficult, and our staff will guide you.
Japanese tea ceremony and rice ball making
When we mention Japanese drinks, the first thing to think about is Japanese "green tea" or "Mocha". But do you know real tradtional steps of drinking tea in Japan? Through this activity, you can learn about the traditional tea drinking steps in Japan and understand the Japanese traditional crafts.
Japanese traditional game
At the same time, there will be some Japanese games on the spot. When you finish all the games, you can get a free cotton candy as a reward.
